Produce sales from patients that have undergone the teeth straightening treatment by providing a clear purchasing flow for retainer subscriptions.
  • Patient has reached end of their invisible braces journey and cannot purchase retainers through their Patient Portal.
  • Patient needs to be able to choose a subscription based frequency for their retainers.
  • Patients should be able to purchase retainers products in the portal.
  • Patient should be able to choose a recurring subscription frequency.
  • Patient should be able to change subscription frequency after ordering.
  • Patient should be able to cancel subscription if needed.
  • Design User Interface system for this user flow.

  • Competitive analysis was done on subscription purchasing flows.
